Lots of pressure work they give and cut salary unnecessary.sometimes they give you work in official leaves, weekend without overtime.they increase targets every not salary.... partiality they do in team.they do false commitment for increment.no working environment

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The best i like about IDS is that they never left you if you are not skilled. They will train you and give many chance and support.

...ccording to my physician's shift and in return of that they give you incentives. 2nd thing, I do not like about IDS is salary. Many times i got less amount and then i have to mail them and so do unnecessary things to clarify my salary issue

Likes

Work culture is good. Management is also good. The salary is competitive but slight less compared to other scribing companies, but the job security is there. Overall, great experience.

Dislikes

Night shift is the major disadvantage. You have to change your lifestyle for this job.

1) On time salary 2) Chance to work on new technologies. 3) As usual extremely helpful and nice colleagues. 4) Helpful seniors and are very approachable.

Dislikes

1) "0" work life balance. 2) Extreme micro management, sometimes it seems like you are breathless. 3) Had to remain logged in from office or/and home for almost 12 to 13 hrs daily. 4) No job security. 5) Too much unnecessary meetings, this leads to productivity hit and have to stretch out of office hours. 6) The clients are given free hand to interfere and demotivate you. I may go on and on but I think that's enough.
