Dislikes

Work culture is toxic. Micromanaging team leads and managers are present. Lack of communication between managers of different team causing issues. There is no room for growth. The work is basic and boring, everything is too monotonous.

...ssful atmosphere, which will make you question about your abilities and skills . Then even though if you pass and hit the floor i dont think things will be smooth there yes they are professional in their tone , emails but should never expect a piece of humanity proper Corporate slvs Leads will have mood swings of giving weekoff to agents , supervisors especially ( 5 foot guy ) goofing around with no purpose thinking as all in all ( dude is all time slve for the company) Buddy salary/ benefits is inversely proportional to your skills and work life balance Think twice and join.- and please keep in mind ego, politics , and other rational factors are also there ,forget about leaves and to be honest i dont think leads and managers are having a basic degree staying for 15 long years in a same company like this (speechless) We invested so much on our studies mentally and financially our parents invested so much on us do we deserve this ??

The one bright spot at IDrive is its appraisal model. They are ahead of market standards offering competitive raises. However, this lining comes at a heavy cost-compromised work environment, zero growth opportunities, and poor management. Unfortunately, the exceptional appraisal model is not enough to outweigh the many downsides working here.

I had an unfortunate experience of working at IDrive support, and I can say that it was one of the most poorly managed organisation's I've ever encountered. One of the most glaring issues is their inability to even prepare and share a team roster properly. It's baffling how something as basic as a roster can be mishandled. We were often left in the dark until the last minute, creating unnecessary confusion and stress among the team. The lack of foresight and planning is evident in every aspect of management. Adding to the chaos, the team management seems to create new guidelines on a whim, without any consideration for the practical implications or ground-level feedback. These guidelines are introduced with little to no communication, leaving employees to fend for themselves. There is no consistency, no structure, and certainly no SOPs that are followed within the organization. Do not expect any kind of promotional growth or opportunities to enhance your skills here. Whether you work for 10 months or 10 years, you will remain stuck at the same level, doing the same tasks you were assigned on day one. The work distribution is poor, and there is no recognition or appreciation for those who do go above and beyond. To make things even worse, if you dare to bring up any concerns with your team manager, prepare to be targeted. You tend to receive illogical feedback, seemingly just for the sake of proving the management is doing something. This creates a toxic atmosphere where employees are afraid to speak up, knowing they'll face negative consequences for it. In summary, IDrive(especially SUPPORT) is a place where careers stagnate. The management is incompetent, the work environment is toxic and the prospects for growth are non-existent.
