Completely a lala company senior managers are all from their families and sitting on head without skills and knowledge every senior manager just have to do haan ji haan ji and watch youtube and korean web series all day in the office. Rest they know how to exploit juniors employees and if someone point out their mistakes they start blaming other employees. There is no structure and planning on how to run a company. The boss promises to give growth but is completely a lie, they always crib, the employees who are genuinely working are never recognised. They give growth and money to their own family members. Person from HR background is leading complete content department just because she is wife of CEO.
