No career growth for experienced person. No hierarchy system. Junior can be your manager because they don't know there work. To utilise them they will give task of managing work. All the employees are in same grade. Deserving candidates left no option to leave the company.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
