Impossible to take leaves ( Even your week offs will be dissolved if you are taking planned leaves in that week ). No incentives for extra working hours & holiday workings. Strict on timings will deduct your half day or full day and along with these will ask you to work for extra time that day ( 3X the time you delayed your shift ). No chance of growth ( you will be in same position for long time ). Appraisals are the worst in industry.

Actually everything, to be specific work culture management people or CTO or CEO don't know how to talk or communicate with employees no respect given to any employee, they are keep firing people a good people with lie HR department is very arrogant. Very terrible company it may gonna get in loss.

Cheap leads and worst company they just favor the employee who roam around them. They terminate you by giving fake reasons. No management at all. Leads sleep in there shift time. They don't allow holidays in emergency they just provide holidays to the employees who stays with them like a pet.

There is nothing to like for this company. Specially for the position of identity verification officer. The work pressure is very high. They don't think for employees. They give value for money only. HR department is very worst and arrogant. Only politics. There is no on job training. Identity verification officer manager is also arrogant. They don't give the leaves also. Please don't go for this company. Thanks
