Well organized non Gujarati bias firm, where All non gujarati lead company with lakhs packages on company pay role and Gujarati are working on Contract Basis , HR head is Such pathetic person, MD vision is out of universe, 90% staff in corporate level is South indian and they all promote only their persons. Non Gujarati people recruiting on company payroll , no matter how much they are experience but they all are get stating package of minimum 7lakhs. If you complain in Its mother company NDDB they said whatever you have issue give in written and those who did they are no more in company. Such a directorship

Most liked here you can learning lots of knowledge and freedom for boosting career. Job security is most liked into this company during corona, nobody fired and company also takes care its employees.

Lot of work can be done but not proper evaluation and increament not upto date and less benefit about salary. Growth is slow.

The company is open to provide freedom to choose engineering as per individual vision. As a result individual grows along with the company.

Compensation is very low. Sometimes work hours are 14-15 hours in a day. There is no standard philosophy for working.

Office culture is not good as I expected, for site engineees like:- careness and his skill, technical growth, behaviour, and also personal life was affected badly due to improper management or I can say irresponsible team work culture.
