Worst company culture, zero work life balance, no to very less salary hikes and promotions, toxic work culture, do not value their employees, very depressing work environment If you are reading this, never ever join the support team as they treat them like trash.

to be very honest, everything about this company is terrible. There is one manager who will use only offensive language and will make you sit 12-13 hours with low salary. the management is worse. and even the managers

Bad management , bad culture, worst manager. you have to work even after leaving from office at 8 pm. Its not 9 to 5 job, its 9 to 9 job :(. Their HR keep posting good reviews in ambition box and glassdoor. Force their employee to watch their faltu k gushup videos of linkedlin and tell to follow on instagram. Regret working here.

People expect you to be there at 9:30 but will also see if you are staying up late to get things done(which are mostly last minute changes) resulting in horrible work life balance. No innovation or focus on engineering excellence. Managers only want to get things done and deliver. They sell first and build later ... no focus on product lifecycle.

Can learn good skills in few teams. Great exposure. Party culture.

Toxic work culture. Unrealistic deadlines. Manager and team members keep intruding into personal life. Crab mentality. Expected to work all day and during weekends too. It's a failing company trying very hard to stay afloat. The leadership at the company do things to make sure the employees don't have a social circle beyond office colleagues to make it extremely hard for people to leave the company.
