There is no fixed working hours. Partiality between employees by manager. Recession without any reason. No one listen employee concern. Overall Working culture is terrible.

No hygiene , covid patient gets free environment for spreading covid free no time limit but half salary payment ...sometimes no payment from company but labour struggles to work without payment ..I request pls do not join this company I destroyed my time and future pls you don't......

...ant in this bank....total politics..they remove me after working hard 3 years...later on new manager kept his employee from diffrent vendor and they said because salary budget we are removing you from this position.... If they have salary budget then why they call new employee in that project.. Just politics...and nothing

... a month of serving my notice period my health was not that good to resume work. Even after submitting medical documents my employer terminated my service and stating that I need to pay the rest of money for the remaining days of my notice period and does not settled my FNF stating it's in negative

Nothing as such. Loans were provided to employees at minimum interest rates

...because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as per banks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have.
