... a month of serving my notice period my health was not that good to resume work. Even after submitting medical documents my employer terminated my service and stating that I need to pay the rest of money for the remaining days of my notice period and does not settled my FNF stating it's in negative

This was a pathetic experience having worked for more than 12-14 years through MNC's, it was the worst decision to join the domestic culture. Workplace has "Yes Boss" culture, if you don't call Sir to your seniors they will be offended. They have PIP as an option in main UI of the company portal that speaks the volume of it. They will give 15-20% variable in your CTC and at the end of the year during appraisal will put you on rating 2 to save whole variable amount along with appraisal or hike. Would you believe it? And later on will clear that PIP formally also. What does that indicates? Suddenly manager could see a spark during those 30 days which he could not during earlier 12 months? Please void this trap and avoid joining this toxic workplace.

...l Domestic company's culture -Yes Boss, Yes Boss else ruin your career -PIP at anytime if higher mgmt decided for cost cutting - Benefits are good but at the end of the day your job will at a stake - they encourage remote or hybrid but at the end of the year will question your visibility on the floor.

I worked in Refund team which is fall under RAS, where management is not good. All the appreciation is goes to girls and their closed ones it doesn't matter whether they only sit and scroll the social media whole day. I worked there only for 5 months, decided to leave organisation after completing my 2 months only because management treatment was very bad to me. RAS is good for girl employee only as management has soft corner for them, further understand what I am trying to tell here.

1)IDFC First bank provides salary to Associate post it's less than 15000 in hand per month. 2)Daily working time is 12 to 13 hours in a day. 3)Target based work,Decided target is not possible to finished in 9 hours shift we need to stretch 3 to 4 hours more for completing the target. 4)So much work pressure, insufficient manpower. 5)They are not think about our old employees. 6)Future growth is zero for third party staff in IDFC first bank. Need to do some positive changes in employees salary structure and work time.

Work environment is good u will improve your skills communication will get improve get to learn about basics of banking, company products how bank runs, customer related queries how to resolve etc.

... are good with your managers u will get promoted even if u not performed well .. there are so many employee working since last two three years no salary increament they give you fake commitments to take employees on payroll but not fulfill the same I work with this organisation for almost two years and they gave me 0 increament wherein I performed well
