Nothing I just only like that they give you the off but in that off they cut the salary also what is the job is this??? So it means I don't like this job, they don't hire you permanently because of if you don't give the targeted thing they will don't give you the salary and they expect ki hum inko itna Business karke de ki jitna Inka bhai karke dede

I don't like to work in this company as employee and already working in this bank as I am very disappointed in this company by seniors saloni bhalla territory manager of sepl and pradeep saluja state head of sepl. I feel discrimination in this company by the seniors and the other staff I am also like them I wanted to fall so I can work at there but I really didn't felt about that.

This is my first job and had great experience working in IDFC FIRST BANK. Got alot to learn and I got chance to built new skills. Work culture is smooth, on every level people guide and support so never felt lack of learning in any point of situation.

Dislikes

There is nothing to hate about IDFC , but no body can ever be satisfied from their salary, but obviously according to me salary offer to me was less as compared to market value my skills and knowledge hold , it's been one year , I am not seeing appraisal scope here , so planning to change my job , After all we all are here to earn and learn .

...e a fancy job discription and in relaity, the job we do is completely different. They harras employees and even after resigning, they harrass for due payment.

Work life balance Management Management’s attitude because of which there is such high attrition yet HR would do nothing about one or two people especially in the management who are root cause of all problem

Supportive staff,appraisals are good and salary hikes are good. Employee benifits and good incentive.

Dislikes

Product policy is not as per market. Difficulties arrives during manual login and disbursement of loans.
