I only thing good about this bank is the salary and perk given to its employee.. Basically they buy the employee. And make them work like a slave.

No work life balance. Promotion criteria is very bad in salary vertical. Tremendous pressure on third party products like Life insurance. What makes it even difficult is that life insurance ticket size must be 50k plus cheque value. Personal loan pressure is huge.rejection is even larger Company culture was good before but due to few wrong hiring in upper management everything is a mess now.have no idea why the upper management are even hired. The put all of their targets on the bank officers working here.

Work life balance, leadership is like complete egoistic and worst, salary hike is not based on performance, job security is close to nothing
