Work life balance, leadership is like complete egoistic and worst, salary hike is not based on performance, job security is close to nothing

A very hectic culture of getting things done in shortest amount of time HR doesn't have any power of its own due to which managers easily exploit their employees No work life balance. Leaving on time is considered a sin here

Dislikes

No Clearly defined KRA. Work even during weekends and holidays. Tremendous work pressure. Manager doesn't understand your problems. No importance to employee's physical or mental well-being. Asked to come to office even during red alert due to rain. No place to sit.

Leaders vision is clear and he strives hard in driving his vision into reality

Pay and compensation is not at par with the market. Also few or no learning or knowledge enhancement avenues are available

Salary was good, work environment was good.

Dislikes

Management changes every 6 months and hence people cant get promotions. No one gets ratings above average. The manager stopped employees to go on time by giving extra work and expecting unrealistic outcomes. We used to work after office hour in the office till 8pm and yet we were not appreciated for this.
