...because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as per banks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have.

Nothing I just only like that they give you the off but in that off they cut the salary also what is the job is this??? So it means I don't like this job, they don't hire you permanently because of if you don't give the targeted thing they will don't give you the salary and they expect ki hum inko itna Business karke de ki jitna Inka bhai karke dede

I don't like to work in this company as employee and already working in this bank as I am very disappointed in this company by seniors saloni bhalla territory manager of sepl and pradeep saluja state head of sepl. I feel discrimination in this company by the seniors and the other staff I am also like them I wanted to fall so I can work at there but I really didn't felt about that.

This is my first job and had great experience working in IDFC FIRST BANK. Got alot to learn and I got chance to built new skills. Work culture is smooth, on every level people guide and support so never felt lack of learning in any point of situation.

Dislikes

There is nothing to hate about IDFC , but no body can ever be satisfied from their salary, but obviously according to me salary offer to me was less as compared to market value my skills and knowledge hold , it's been one year , I am not seeing appraisal scope here , so planning to change my job , After all we all are here to earn and learn .

Work environment is good u will improve your skills communication will get improve get to learn about basics of banking, company products how bank runs, customer related queries how to resolve etc.

Dislikes

... are good with your managers u will get promoted even if u not performed well .. there are so many employee working since last two three years no salary increament they give you fake commitments to take employees on payroll but not fulfill the same I work with this organisation for almost two years and they gave me 0 increament wherein I performed well

Job security in pandemic, no salary cut....thats it.

Dislikes

No defined work ( under the sky, anything can be asked to done), next to nothing incentive structure and policies which are not employee friendly. Almost entire base of customer is lacking financial knowledge so will come to branch and abuse you. horrible self centered bosses, only looking for self benefit even when its people like me who are facing customer everyday in this pandemic.
