1)IDFC First bank provides salary to Associate post it's less than 15000 in hand per month. 2)Daily working time is 12 to 13 hours in a day. 3)Target based work,Decided target is not possible to finished in 9 hours shift we need to stretch 3 to 4 hours more for completing the target. 4)So much work pressure, insufficient manpower. 5)They are not think about our old employees. 6)Future growth is zero for third party staff in IDFC first bank. Need to do some positive changes in employees salary structure and work time.

They offer good compensation to steal good people and then treat them like garbage

Hell , pathetic environment. Worst ever experience. Managers target employees and make their life hell. For every responsibility they warn you on job security. Only *ss lickers can survive ar this company. A constant feeling of stress and pressure. No appreciation , no leaves allowed. Its hell. Even some employees are devil. To protect their job they demean their own team members.

It was a bad decision to work with such bank

... a month of serving my notice period my health was not that good to resume work. Even after submitting medical documents my employer terminated my service and stating that I need to pay the rest of money for the remaining days of my notice period and does not settled my FNF stating it's in negative

Nothing as such. Loans were provided to employees at minimum interest rates

...because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as per banks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have.

Employee benefits as per banking industry is good if u have home loans

Work life balance, leadership is like complete egoistic and worst, salary hike is not based on performance, job security is close to nothing
