The only good thing about company is that it's a good place to start your career. There is no one to guide or support so you get chance to explore things.

Dislikes

The management is worse. There is no job security and you have to visit office 5 days a week sometimes 6 days. You can move out of office without completing 9-10 hours. The people at higher position will micro manage you and peek inside your computer every now and then. There is no planning or documentation done for any project the director dictates the requirements and change it after 2 days. Don't make mistake by joining here you will regret after 6 months.

It's heavy Politics, Recommendations. I have a 2.0 years of experienced in that company. But suddenly, PIP mail received. Even I'm the person compare to other team mates best performer.

Any company dislikes depends on it’s managers behaviour & attitude towards its teams.. To much politics/religious comments based on believes are the major factors for disliking any companies.. Nothing particular towards Idexcel or its management..

Personal requested not join idexcel and the don't have proper clients or requirements. The will not maintain professional ethics.

I recommend not to join Just wasting your time and the don't have proper work ethic.

Nothing was likable about the whole process of hiring with Idexcel.

Idexcel hired me on third party contract basis for LTTS and informed that my job would become permanent after six months of tenure with the company on 100% basis, but that never happened. They laid me off after 8 months of service that too without giving any proper reason. Idexcel did not help me with new job search either, which was supposed to be their responsibility as they hired me.
