I have been working in Idexcel since 3 years, Idexcel has a good work culture, supportive seniors and team mates, and we have lot of learning opportunities to upgrade our career and skills, Quality work life balance, Job security. overall Idexcel is an better place to work and grow. Its been nearly 1 year working with Idexcel, I am happy to be associated with this company. Good team, work-life balance, work satisfaction. Looking forward to work with Idexcel for longer term alike many employees here. I feel motivated by them.

The only good thing about company is that it's a good place to start your career. There is no one to guide or support so you get chance to explore things.

Dislikes

The management is worse. There is no job security and you have to visit office 5 days a week sometimes 6 days. You can move out of office without completing 9-10 hours. The people at higher position will micro manage you and peek inside your computer every now and then. There is no planning or documentation done for any project the director dictates the requirements and change it after 2 days. Don't make mistake by joining here you will regret after 6 months.

It's heavy Politics, Recommendations. I have a 2.0 years of experienced in that company. But suddenly, PIP mail received. Even I'm the person compare to other team mates best performer.
