Company & company environment is too good.

It's heavy Politics, Recommendations. I have a 2.0 years of experienced in that company. But suddenly, PIP mail received. Even I'm the person compare to other team mates best performer.

Any company dislikes depends on it’s managers behaviour & attitude towards its teams.. To much politics/religious comments based on believes are the major factors for disliking any companies.. Nothing particular towards Idexcel or its management..

Nothing was likable about the whole process of hiring with Idexcel.

Dislikes

Idexcel hired me on third party contract basis for LTTS and informed that my job would become permanent after six months of tenure with the company on 100% basis, but that never happened. They laid me off after 8 months of service that too without giving any proper reason. Idexcel did not help me with new job search either, which was supposed to be their responsibility as they hired me.

Very Good team environment, Management is supportive, work life balance, have spacious cafeteria and dining, policies are good, have fun games at times, festival gatherings, R&R and many more.

Nothing, since 5 years to me.

The only thing is the location of the company

If ur manager then only u can survive in idexcel, no managers will work instead they keep too much of pressure on employees to work, no value for any employee, instead of learning something new u will forget all ur skills and you will loose ur knowledge
