Idex doesnot have job security. It fires employees without any notice in place. In the morning the person is attending meeting and discussing future aspects of his role in a project and in the evening he is not more with the organisation. No set processes in place and is all manager / senior management dependent. God knows how this organisation is even ISO certified. You have to be in good books of management to get promoted and is not based on merits.

Job security is zero nothing comes first here except ego and personal grudges. Professional approach is very difficult to even think

The IDEX having diversified culture, IT/Finance Team where excellent, IT work culture was amazing, co operative and friendly. Due to IT assignments i travelled abroad, and within India many occupations.

Compensation and growth is slow, its dependent. I have no complaints or any regrets i left Idex, i don't have any reason to blame or

Frankly it depends for which role you are working. Overall culture is good. Job security depends on business generated. Work life balance is good.

If there is change of role within idex, the compensation is not lucrative. But i guess if you come from some other organisation they pay you well. Rest work interest depends on role offered. There are no dislikes as such.

Very high politics and extreme high attrition rate (way more than than IT Firm). Decision of termination or job rotation is taken very swiftly just based on mouth publicity. Job security is minimal.
