Everything. Deduct incentive regularly. Salary not on time. Seniors not supportive. Owner milking their employees but didn’t provide any appraisal or promotion. Say to do multiple job like billing,cashier,product management,and didnt give any OT amount. Every thing is disgusting due to unable to understand their employees what they want how to make them more progressive. They only care to do more number in sale. Not supportive in financially while getting leave or any medical issue happen at any time. Have to open store to all 365 days.

It is worse then lala dukaan. They treat employee with all kind of atrocities. The upper level arrogant people will behave as if you are a machine and not a human. All they want is their Sales. No SOP, no timing, No leaves, nothing.... Plz DO NOT JOIN this Hell. They will track how many times you take out your phone... basically Micromanagement is a small word for these morons.
