They are trying to improve not just clients and themselves, but also on employees. They are trying. And that's good.

...loyees promoted as co founders make themselves the center of flow in their work. Good for themselves, which increases their salary and dependency. But it has created STRONG dependency for anything on these people for lateral hired employees. This gives few of them so much confidence and attitude. I had bad experiences multiple times, when interacting initially, and it resolves only when they can power you over. And work life balance can easily get from avg to very very poor. No work timings in IT is not a gift for you, it means, we'll make you work anytime for anything.

Dislikes

No work life balance Hr's behaving like owners Worst Employer pf contribution less than 1000 rs You have to stay 1 year after completing certification else you have to pay the amount. Admins are rude to employees.

...es. The work culture is very good and helps people explore their full potential. The pay is above industry standards and deserving people get far higher increments than the industry standard of 15%.

Despite being a great employer and one of the best companies I have worked for, the company does not have the brand awareness and flashy badge value that it so truly deserves.

I feel secure about my job even in covid pandemic situation. In outside world where the other companies are cutting down salary due to covid situation, ideas2It is increasing the pay scale of the employees. They are trying their best to provide at most support to their employees both mentally(Covid awareness physician session and sessions like how to fight against covid) as well as financially(soft loans, unlimited sick leaves with pay). One line motto of Ideas2It is that "We trust our employees and our employees trust us"

Dislikes

I don't have any major solid points to accuse Ideas2It , like other companies we too will have little salary, training and work-life balance hurdles here and that is also for few people. But those are all rarely occurring situations and in very small scale. Yes, its a human's world right, we do make mistakes and and that too to rectify it. Likewise Ideas2It is also grooming itself day by day.

Dislikes

Group politics there are many group formation from senior level people like super six group to testing team and within project. Allocation of resource is more influencial, Same for recruitment process. Recruitment process is also not proper and not recruting skilled employees. Rewards are not based on outcome of work, it is based on how good your access to manager and to senior level employee. Also If I put paper management is providing me hike that is already set bad expectation in employees. Giving IPhones for freshers but not for previous batch.
