...ot at all good to join as its waste of time & you will get only dissatisfaction. With any reason company always hold the salary. Director don't have any long-term vision. Unprofessional culture & HR processes.

No ethics of work & Very unprofessional in HR Processes. Not a good company to work. Everyday targets will get change. Hire & fire method of recruitment.

Biased Management in Kolkata with horrible HR,based at Delhi; Buttering the seniors has become the factor for employees to get promotion & increment; Thus favouritism is prevailing at the moment (both for getting promotion & for acquiring the facility for working from home)

You will get the opportunity to learn and develop your skills colleague and seniors are supportive in terms of learning. And everything else you got to handle on your own.

Management is very disturbed, politics involved, HR are worthless. Company policies are biased. Even the sales team doesn't get priority or respect over here.

We work as a family and grow together. Its a privileged to be associated to the Top 50 Brands of India, not to forget a Family who works together & parties harder.

There are no dislikes when you want to work long term in any Organisation. My rather suggestion is to improve and upgrade my skills with them and work together & closely as a Family
