Ideal Financial Holdings Limited has a friendly working environment. Salary levels are very attractive and clearly above industry average. Travel and training opportunities are high. Little week-end working demands and this enhances favorable family life. There is little room for innovation and one has to persevere to introduce changes to improve sound corporate strategies. One's political background has little impact on decision making and the overall Boss is indifferent to employees' political affiliations. Ideal Financial Holdings Limited is no doubt an ideal place to work.
