Teammates are transparent only company management are worst no job security no promotion of employee

There is lot of politics Management doesn’t address our issues Not enough salary neither career growth opportunity there is only six months and yearly contract but any time company fired contract employees for no reason

What I appreciated about the company was that a few individuals were genuinely helpful. I also know some managers who were truly passionate about their work and their teams were well organized. The energy of the founders was particularly inspiring. I often saw Mr. Vice President and CFO in the office and their hard work and dedication were evident. After all, it's their dream, so it's only natural they'd be fully invested.

...e allocation. Many operations are held together by makeshift solutions (JUGAAD). There is a noticeable discrimination against fresh campus hires, with differences in salary and team assignments based on their MTech institutes, favoring those from IIT Bombay. Even individuals having MTech degrees from renowned research institutions are not placed in roles that align with their area of expertise. The HR department is the most incompetent, and I don't understand why no one questions them. The company has a very low employee retention rate, with people leaving after just one or one and a half years.

.... All people are helpful and pass the correct information/knowledge of the work. The company policies are really good for employees in terms of salary, leaves,etc. The top management are very skillful in solving Customers issues and target for continuous improvement.

You will get superb treatment when you are accepting offer and joining company. HR will treat you like you are specious for them. But when you are leaving company for any reason, you will be treated like hell. You have to struggle for reliving letter and your full and final settlement. Unprofessional HR. They will not respond to your call or msgs. Terrible experience of all people who are leaving. They takes so many months for your fnf and you have follow-up continuously. Forget about background checking for your next company. HR only spend time for doing timepass. Every week twice or thrice they keep arranging activities. They are only wasting company's money no no sorry now it's public money as company is listed. Accounts team will also call you on Saturday and Sunday. This department is worthless. Never join this company in accounts department. No work life balance. Lots of politics from senior manager. One sr manager is main culprit. No proper accounts keeping. Dont join account department.
