There is too much Napotism in this company. I joined this company when there is just 6 to 7 employees and when I left this company, there were around 200 employees. I worked there for 8 years and gave the wonderful results. I did everything from the beginning and with perfection. I used to create and implement creative ideas and strategies for maximizing the profits. But as I said there is too much Napotism in this company. I kept requesting owners for giving me chance and then promote me after giving me a chance but they never listened me. I always mentioned in forms provided by HR for giving me at least one chance but they never supported me. I was not unlucky for them I have seen company growing after I joined the company. Apart from that there is a fake slogan "IdeaClan is a family" I was a part of this family and I always kept requesting for my promotion and chance but they never heard me. Owner hired their cousin who has zero knowledge in Media Buying. They appointed him as Senior Media Buying Manager. This hurt me a lot. I always prayed for the company and company and company kept me in their feet. I left this company and owner did not say that you don't resign as you are a part of this company from the begining and did let me go. It really broke my heart. I had no job for 1 years as I spent 8 years in this company and always thought to spend my life here. My family suffered a lot without money but I could not bear the torture here. God will take my side and one day make then feel everything I have felt.

Dislikes

Napotism. No Mercy whether you spend your entire life here. Work and skills doesn't matter if you are not and extrovert. Do nothing and be the favorite of owners
