The best thing is the WFH setup but everything has its pros and cons.

Human resource management is the poorest I have ever seen, it could be a lot better. Initially, you will be productive and work very well but after 1 year you will feel like a labour who's doing the same work repeatedly. I am saying this very harshly cause you can't make any input in your work you just have to do what the PM says. Project management is average here, it's just do the project timely and if you don't work on time you need to complete the project by day or night. There's no communication within the company No PF account was created for me. Please avoid this company unless you need a WFH environment.

It was the design team i worked with and the design lead I worked under, other then that it was average. but the PMs were really nice and new the work properly whether its a designer or dev

the humar resource is as equal as a use of white crayon, no response on time and delay their task. other than that they use a tracking system which concept itself is a purpose of hate for me.

CEO is the most unprofessional person in the organisation, doesn't know anything he is doing. Starts his work day at 3 PM. The actual office timings start at 11AM. He starts his work after 4 hours.
