The best thing is the WFH setup but everything has its pros and cons.

Human resource management is the poorest I have ever seen, it could be a lot better. Initially, you will be productive and work very well but after 1 year you will feel like a labour who's doing the same work repeatedly. I am saying this very harshly cause you can't make any input in your work you just have to do what the PM says. Project management is average here, it's just do the project timely and if you don't work on time you need to complete the project by day or night.
