The company is fooling the employees on the name of staff share participation scheme which itself is being managed by the directors of the company and none of the staff as per my knowledge has got any compensation towards the money invested to the cause. Enthusiasting and young engineers have been lured with a dream that they will be future director of the company but factual reality is that company is deducting some portion of each employee, making them believe that u will be benefited with that in future but fact of the matter is that they they have been fooling many of them in past also on the name of SSP document, which is not at all legal and just to fish the employees. I feel government should take strict action against the honest employees who have invested their money just in a good faith of moving the company forward. I myself have invested around as share participate contribution around 70000 but none of their HR department is answerable to my queries of when and how this money will be refunded and also in what timeline, as they themselves behave like they don't have the true information. My question is still the same that how the employee will secure his future if the company management is answering like that.
