Oh god, I'm sorry readers but nothing really, other than above-average salary maybe. One benefit of working here can be that, if you're good at your work then it feels like a government office (Laid back), and you will have a stable position but then again at the same time, you'll feel underpaid because you work that well.

Dislikes

Politics, No HR communication, and what the hell is a confidential promotion, I understand about secret appraisals but promotion? No hierarchy is followed at any level. The incentive is a myth here, you won't get any billing details to know how much you should be getting.

Its a great place to start your carrer at IDC Technologies. The company is good to work.The company has supported well during the Lockdown period.

The issue I face here that if your attendance is approved beyond the desired date they will delay the salary.

Idc Technologies is good place to work with the people as a team to developed one's Enterprnuer skills as a freshers I have a learned a lot through this company which helped me through my career growth. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I was the part of the team the markets the high quality service providers. As a result today I got a chance to handle the team work in staffing organization which is having a global based client especially to Us and Canada

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes., I have to work beyond my shift in a day to attend the client calls in the evening. Client do not have the value of the individual that's why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I don't receive any appreciation mail emails from the client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. Also there is no on -job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step.

Listen to the employees, it is such a diverse community and will definitely give you some great ideas.

I just think they pay a tad lesser than the market average, other than that the atmosphere here is perfectly fine.

...ment and assurance were made by the management that settlement will be provided. Salary is very less, no promotion, no job security. Everyday there is a threat of losing the job.
