Everything, especially they don't give ve you salary on time, and make sure you don't recieve full salary in your hands.. Deduction on weird bases is a normal thing here.

You get salary on time i. e every 7th of month. But difficult to connect to IDC team if you need help.

Job security is none. As soon as contract is over or terminated due to management politics between IDC and client company they won't even keep you on their payroll for a day nor they will help you in internal client or project switch(Happen with me and lots of my colleagues, gave notice of 10 day to find another job). Make false promise for on role at client location , no appraisal and only 18 leaves are allowed per year. May provide good salary but you will never be sure how long they will keep you.

...ineer will manage with this package. I have lots of responsibility of my family. I tried to insist them to appraisal my salary but they ignore . Sometime we get frustrate because we do lots of hard working efforts with no appreciation and they pay us only 11k in hand .sometime we do cry for our family backgroud and they still not support .They just want engineer should work with same amount .There is no humanity .No matter what candidate is facing issues in his personal life because of money. We do sacrifice our holidays for IDC . we are force to come on client site on holidays, If we wont come then they will warn us with our HR management .client site Management will treat us like a servant . we get no support from anywhere . I dont know why they offer us low amount of salary with requirement of highly skill . By the time of interview they will ask more difficult questions with 3 interview round.1) HR round.2)client site technical round.3)IDC technical Round . if we succeed then they offer 11k. Meanwhile Mall product seller earn more then us. In india this is a value of skills person . I don't know for who am i writting but you have ask me about IDC. so i will speak out dirt only because I ain't satisfied with your package .you are not making employee happy.we adore to work thats they reason we spend our extra time for company benefit.I have lot to say but this review will be ignore from someone who is reading . If you are mercyful person then you will surely take a step forword for this .I have been hire by IDC, working for HCL, client site medus*

Nothing is good about this company. Company culture is pathetic.

...ment and assurance were made by the management that settlement will be provided. Salary is very less, no promotion, no job security. Everyday there is a threat of losing the job.

Working at IDC has been a mixture of pleasure and harrasment. You get the salary you deserve but that salary remains your salary for the next 2-3 years as the incremental policy is not that transparent. I had to wait for 2 and a half years to get my another increment. Salary will be credited on 7.

Dislikes

We get our incentives paid at an uncertain duration. The VP and Business heads have all the luxury while the rest has to acknowledge their KRA, be it Sunday or any day. On the top of it, job is not secure here. You come from your home to office and plan your day. But the management may have other plans for you. You can be the next anytime and asked to submit your laptop, cards and all and then exit.
