Likes

There is a lot of learning here. The more you work the more work you get to do. Salary is comparitively better than some public sector banks

Dislikes

Its in transition phase of converting from piblic to private. So alot of changes in working style and people especially seniors (who actually prepare those new rules) couldnot follow. Work life balance is low. Long working hours. More selling of LICs than actual banking

The company is good for fresher's.but no long term work satisfaction

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.i have to attend client calls every time.managers do not value an individual unique strength

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Good salary, co operative staff, very good for learning and skill development, low rate of interest for staff home loan.

Dislikes

Cons- Shortage of Manpower and due to this heavy workload and very heavy pressure. Daily late sitting to compensate heavy workload also need to come on holiday for work.
