Salary is good at initial levels. Job Security. Work Pressure is manageable. When required one can avail leaves without much hassle. Other off the Salary Slip component is good.

Methodology for assessing the Variable Pay is area where improvement is required. Policy wise the bank is conservative but management has it own take on it. But this makes the bank less competitive.

... bank. Gross salary is apparently higher, but net salary is bow par in industry. Salary structure is quite rediculous where you end up paying highest possible tax.

Its in transition phase of converting from piblic to private. So alot of changes in working style and people especially seniors (who actually prepare those new rules) couldnot follow. Work life balance is low. Long working hours. More selling of LICs than actual banking
