...le there can ever be. The MD ( Raj Kishore Singh) never cared for the employees. No increment, no bonus nothing. He just rejected anything which was to be done in favour of employees. Marketing head Ajit Goswami is the worst of human there can ever be. He never really did anything. The Equity Fund manager Alok Ranjan (another idiot) was a relative of the MD and hence behaved as if employees are his servants. I am so glad that the organization is getting closed. I just hope some regulatory body or for that matter IDBI Bank, takes a note of this and takes action against the nincompoops running the AMC.

The best part of working at the organization is the work culture.

The company does not impart any training, the job security is there but no career growth. I have seen only 1 promotion is the 10 years with the company.

In terms of job security, they supported the employees in best possible way, But in terms of operations it was not so great, employees were made to report to office, no provision of transport was made by the company so on our own and worst part was work from home was possible even then they made employees come which was bad.

Management thinks they can do anything and treat people like dogs. Insulting, abusing and shouting. Place is like a jail and employees are treated like criminals
