There is lot of politics and management doesn't have the concern over it. Very less salary. Completely field job in PAN India. You have use your own amount for going to local sites and you will not get that conveyance for months. Very terrible experience. You will not get the training each and every thing you will learn from the site.

To make a career for a fresher is good place.Travel policies are good.There is lot of things for learner to improve their skill.

I am working here from last 10 months.Still there is no salary increase.Working environment is not so good.Many times I have travel to clients office.due to this I late to home many times.There is no overtime.No extra leave provided by company.

The company is good in terms of learning and exploring, the management is supportive and has good work life balance.

The managers are toxic, they feel they are the only one who are for 5-6 years and treat other juniors without respect. They have lack of knowledge but never miss chance to mock on others.

The work culture and hierarchy is something which i want them to improve. Also a little more transparent working environment
