Benefits and salary is less. Travelling allowance is less as per the positions and other benefits is also not there such as telephone expenses should be apart from salary. Daily allowance should also be increased.

Racist company No festivals are celebrated No bonus no perks Salary very less compare to industry standards and will give tremendous pressure Roles are not structured and system is pathetic as not created only Upper management is appointed without being interviewed and hence have 0 knowledge to run the company and fails to be a good leader Do not ever join this company and save your career and LIFE & MENTAL HEALTH

The finance department need to hire professional people. The salary is not satisfactory at all there is no Financial incentives and there is no appreciation for the employee”s work. There is no specific working hours you are working all day And even in holidays there is no respect for the employees time.
