Management expects you to handle things on your own and learn Having good exposure for self learning Manager is really good and helpful HR policy is also good Specially you get recognized every month from your seniors as per your performance

Benefits and salary is less. Travelling allowance is less as per the positions and other benefits is also not there such as telephone expenses should be apart from salary. Daily allowance should also be increased.
