Lot of learning opportunities, lot of senior management vacancies to work on. Give gift cards on birthdays and they do not expect you to submit 10-12 profiles in a day. Management wants very high quality work and provide you all the guidance to help you achieve it. I closed quite a few vacancies during my stint there

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
