My working experience has been decent here. Some pro's that I would like to mention are: 1. Even though being a small sized company having under 500 employees they have most of the policies that you would find in big MNCs only. 2. Good compensation and good hikes if you either get appraisal from client for good work or you are good in buttering your manager. 3. Projects are good but management not so good. 4. They have shuttle service for transportation, and good food. (Dinner is free, if u stay that long) 5. In Covid times they provided additional sick leaves

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 24-48 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do not receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Work pressure Work life balance is a myth They have a fixed budget projects evertime, so they will keep a regular check on your timesheets. Allocation based projects, so you might be involved in 2 -3 projects parallerly which could make your work life balance even worse.
