...has less practical meaning. The poor politics makes the environment unhealthy. HR as a function has zero duty towards staff - they are just for salary disbursal and hiring formalities. The senior manager has trust issues and they mostly like taking feedback from floor staff which generally shouldn’t happen. No on the job training provided to new hiring.. huge pressure on sales staff to promote internal brands and no single criteria to evaluate performance, no standard for compensation to employees at floor.. many more to say.

actually am looking for a new job because iconic is not giving secure job this Lockwood company remove the 50% members.. Because of many problems on company....

i like nothing😡mental stress was common there ,not getting salary on time,incentives use to get after 4 months,managers were not at all supportive only thing was good there was staff...best people but not the managers

There is no fix timing for salary, Your job will always be under threat , depends on like or dislike. Your efforts and hard work will never be appreciated. Girls are not safe there. Seniors management is very poor. Iconic and Samarth life style both run by same owner.

Most of head are from online company so they want everything just in time.salary is decent but future career growth is slow. And there are no any training given at a time of joining.
