... and office politics, Has no respect for their employees, Very selfish company .only looks only at their benefits, Fraud bond and it's amount and toxic policies, Fakes the experience of their resources to the client way too much, Very small office with no facilities, Manipulates and exploit their employees especially new joinees, will ask to overwork without any compensation, No hierarchy and internal professionalism

I worked for Icon Resources for 6 years and got good growth in terms of position and pay package. I have so much to learn as a consultant. I got to work on so many complex projects and it was a great experience. I am glad that I worked with IRT.

Sometimes, the overall work was quite monotonous, but still a learning process.

There are very few holidays. Also, the workload increases in many projects, finding it hard to balance work-life.

...rs back as a junior level manager. There is a lot to learn here and good growth. Other than this, there is excellent compensation and fulfilling employment. Besides, we have good employee benefits and get regular training. I am thankful to the management.

Senior management should should consider changing the ambience of the office. It's too dull.

...ect with clients and bring in more business. The work culture is quite positive. Timely salary, good office ambience, and fun activities are worth. Every other month, we have these team engagement activities to refresh from the regular work. Overall, I am happy wo work here
