New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...is following hybrid pattern of 60/40. For effective work life balance it's good. And moreover they will provide good package for all employees.

Dislikes

Most disliking factor is the work pressure and dissatisfaction of workings. Then process are not streamlined. They will force us to do over time and work on weekends.

Over all just OK company and can't expect any promotion neat future and you'll get only if your manager agreed irrespective of your talent. Dublin counter partñers are very supportive instead of chennai

Every company / organization would have some or the other which people would dislike. It could be people you work with or anything like that. IT does apply to ICON as well, but it has not made any great impact in my career growth, as I have very good friends, leaders and managers here at ICON. So nothing makes me feel disliked about ICON.

The working culture and the tymly payment of salary and many other benefits like leaves and insurance policy I like the most……I completed almost 1 year of working here and I do not find any dislike here……I am enjoying working here
