Salaries should be updated to the Market Level and those who are loyal to ICON should be given priority for Salary increment than those who left from here and rejoin. Salary range is having a huge difference when they are recruited back than the employees staying and working in ICON.

Excellent place to work, Growth & Salary are directly proportional to the tenure that you put in the organization. Given the opportunity and knowledge gained from ICON, any competent employee will be offered one / two plus levels, when you move to other competitors. The organization always pushes you to perform at next level. Job satisfaction guaranteed.

Dislikes

Certain organization policies are conservative & little outdated. If they could be benchmarked, then ICON is unbeatably the best CRO in the world.

Great place to work with. Company also provide good annual leave and compensation and allowances. Provide good training and support development for new tools and techniques. Company provides travelling cab facilities and security insurance. Icon celebration of events and activities for employers and family too. Company located in good infrastructure and place. Overall great place to work for. Thanks for the opportunity provided. Love to work with Icon again and offices team and colleagues

Dislikes

Every company / organization would have some or the other which people would dislike. It could be people you work with or anything like that. IT does apply to ICON as well, but it has not made any great impact in my career growth, as I have very good friends, leaders and managers here at ICON. So nothing makes me feel disliked about ICON.

...is following hybrid pattern of 60/40. For effective work life balance it's good. And moreover they will provide good package for all employees.

Dislikes

Most disliking factor is the work pressure and dissatisfaction of workings. Then process are not streamlined. They will force us to do over time and work on weekends.
