There's no security of job, not having appropriate behavior with staff, even not given any kind of national & traditional holidays, company manager behavior with ladies staff it's very cheap.he's doing misbehavior with ladies staff and also doing flirting.

Dislikes

there no one can get any kind of career growth, no one having any kind of position, it's partnership firm and both the bosses make staffs work so complicated and creating lots of confusion during any kind of decision.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
