Yearly increments are an issue here as it’s a trading company increments are only done when the yearly sales are good else forget this one.

Training here is just a formality you’ll have to learn everything on your own. No incentives on sales. Increments are based on yearly sales and there may not be any increment at all if the targets are not met.
