Today on 14 Sep2023, I went to office and had words with HR Shivam told everything n said as i have decertified after giving my 100% i am sorry for that, and i asked HR for further proceduser regarding my 8 days salary but HR Shivam was not saying anything regarding my salary but Trainer Garima Jaiswal was telling me that u have certified so we can not give your salary, i said ma'am first of all you are not a part of HR and when HR Shivam is here i am discusing with him. I asked HR Shivam that Sir plz you let it make clear for me that in next month on 10 October you will credit my training salary or not. But he gave an excuse of certification that you have certified so we will not credit your salary if you leave the company with out serving notice period i said you your self imposing this on me just to escape from facing issues. That's why I am extremly disappointed. Do you really think that after happening this much with an employee or a trainee.
