Actually there is nothing to dislike about the ICMR NIRTH. So peaceful and friendly environment for work supporting scientific staff and lots of opportunities to learn and be more better in your field.

The working environment in ICMR-NIRTH is very good. The cooperation of the staff working alongside is also very good. The work culture in ICMR-NIRTH is supporting.

The thing I dislike about ICMR-NIRTH is that there is unfairness with the Contractual Employees because when a particular project comes to an end the employee also gets terminated from th Institute.

The good thing is that you can learn here from the well known medical scientists only if you are from medical stream.

Dislikes

Employees are hired for the particular project as a contract of 1 year there is no possibility that project runs complete 1 year. so there is no job security.
