Where to begin from? Abusing employees would be an understatement. A few adjectives that come to mind are inhuman, apathetic, dull, depressing and a place for depressed rotten scientists.

I am very fortunate to work in nin. I have learned many techniques and got confidence in giving seminars. Apart from work we also got encouraged to do extra curricular activities. Work environment is also very friendly.
