Obviously salary scale for unaided faculties. The way how aided staff behaves with admin department is dissatisfying.

Management is not good. Salary is too less(9000rs/month). They doesnt increase the salary since 2014. They offer same salary for Non-B.Ed and B.Ed candidates. For experience and fresher both peoples they give same salary. Most of peoples are freshers and they does not have B.ed degree. Reputation becomes bad for this college. No security of job. At time of joining management promises to do permanent but they are liar.

Dislikes

Poor management. Career growth is slow. They does not increase the salary. They have no value for the teachers.

...hey are working in a govt sector and soon will be offered an appointment letter. The teachers are made to work considering they will be permanent with very low salaries

The only thing i liked about ICLES college was working under my HOD’s, who trained me well and honed my skills to the best. Theres no job security and there no respect for the lecturers of Self Finance Courses by the management.

Dislikes

Lack of appreciation for your hard work and good results. Extremely low pay scale inspite of being a SET qualified lecturer. Lack of respect for Self Finance Course Lecturers by Aided courses Lecturers and non teaching staff.
