There is not have any work life balance, specially in group claims ,manager is not cooperative, for a single day sick leave also they asked like why did you inform previously.saturdays are working for partial employees.Hr &Sr Management is not supportive for employees they are at side of only managers.Promotion criteria is not basis of performance but on favourtism basis....hr will not assure that your conversation will be confidential & but each information gave to senior rather than to help out employees get more torture from manager.

...relieving & fnf settlement was comunicted verbaly for whch I had ask in writing. But it was asured dt recovery amt ll nt vary & latr thy givn recovery of gross salary which is high. When I not worked then also they added hra, supplementary allowance, statutory bonus in my recovery amt. Firstly If i have not taken any benfits with organization then recovery is not calculated and If the recovery calculated then it is always calculated on monthly basic salary.Rest all are additional benefits given to the employee. But then also ipru charged me recovery of 2month gross salary. As I have to get my reliveing letter so i had paid the recovery. But now I am writing the complaint as I was charged too. Pls help me out for it.

Salary is decent, but lesser than offered by MNCs and Startups. Good support for freshers.

Management Trainee profile is highly sales oriented, nothing else. You'll be made to travel on a bike, visit multiple people on a daily basis and sell insurance products. The company will promise, but never gives any food/ travel/ fuel reimbursements. The IT infrastructure is pathetic. Laptops given to employee hang a lot and are difficult to work on. The colleagues and peers are average. You would rarely come across people from good management institutes working here. There is no "Real skill" development other than communication skill. The company will train you but only to sell products, nothing else. Work life balance is pathetic, and we're often asked to work on weekends. Leaves are rarely approved. The work culture is aggressive, and manager shout and abuse their subordinates. The HR will not help you either, but only support the manager. The attrition rate is very high among the Front line staff/Business Trainee/ Management Trainee. Almost 70% people leave within 1 year and switch to MNCs/ Startups for better work culture, pay and respect. Everyday it feels like the company is going through a financial crisis. They lack money to maintain basic office infrastructure and spend on employee welfare. No Diwali gifts or office lunches. The company is losing market share to HDFC Life. Except for Term Insurance, all other products are a SCAM. It's not ethical to work here. Sooner or later customer will abuse you for misleading and fraud. Avoid ICICI Prudential. Don't ruin your career.

No dislikes but everything depends on the manager you report and the channel you get in this company. If your in partner handling channel . Your manager will give so much respect and importance to the partner but not you . He will not understand your problem .
