Confusing policies management dosen't help in resolving the issues, good salary but incentive criteria is not fix, senior managers always pressurize you for work even you performance more than better. New appointees always face struggle for training

I like the culture little bit but salary is very bad only they provide good salary to the college placement peoples

Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less

Company develop people by learning and valuable skills. Customer first, best product's with features.

... 18 years of my life to the company , doesn’t recognise handwork and commitment.New hires from outside the company are brought in at higher salary's. That kind of thing unvalued and disheartened.
