...1 there is no respect at all) Work is given priority then Health of employees Salary according to the ratio of responsibilities given is comparatively very less. There are no holidays on Saturday unlike many companies have a Off. Here employees have to treat customer as God and get humiliated form them if something wrong thing has happened in the past due to which I personally have got mental health in a bad condition which was the major reason to exit from ICICI Prudential So much so that I decided to change my career from Marketing to IT field There is nothing called as training as employees are just told to sit besides the experience people and watch their work and learn for it. As a fresher it was really hard to understand anything.

Company don't give much more preferences to organization's employees, they hire from out on high salary. (It means, a organization employee with 4-5 years experience can receive lesser than fresher and will have high target than fresher).

Managers didn’t treat well. They treat employees like a workers. When I left job I didn’t get my previous months salary yet when it gets 4 months by lefting. I mailed so many times to HR but they didn’t respond. Such a careless. Managers are not understanding.

Dislikes

Teammates are good but managers are not. They aren’t understand the situations that what we face the critics in banks. Managers treating us not good. They are nit accept our leaves hence we have to face absconding n all. Full of politics also there.

The company process is latest in technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable high quality products and has global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. managers do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

The work-life balance here is good, and the salary and promotions are also rewarding. This makes ICICI Prudential Life the best company for us.
